Proper Food Combining


Protein - Flesh -eat with non-starch
Protein and starch are a poor combination. Protein produces acid and starch foods (potatoes) produce alkaline. This neutralizes the digestive process. 

Milk - eat alone
Pasturization kills nutrients and causes milk to rot and it rots anything in your stomach. Do not drink milk with anything! How are you going to eat your cereal?

Starch - cereal - eat with Fat
Fat : cream. Remember when we used to use cereal cream? Well, go back to using a full fat cream and you will have digestion instead of rot. You will feel energy instead of fatigue.

Fruit - eat alone
When you make a fruit salad and the acids mix together they don't get along and you do not get nutritional value. Eat a couple slices of watermelon, or half a cantaloupe, or two grapefruit, what ever you want. Just don't eat them together. Eat one then wait half an hour, then eat a different one if you like.

Exception: Acid Fruit - eat with Protein Fat : Yogurt
You can pick a fruit out of this list and mix it at the time of consuming your yogurt.

Desert - Syrup, Sugars
Sweets rot meals. Eat you desert as a snack 2 hours before a meal. Kids get home from school and love you for letting them have desert before you have even prepared dinner.

Peanuts & Peanut butter - NOT HEALTHY
Peanuts absorb toxins from the soil and we assimilate them in our digestive system = poison! Why do you think they are now banned in school? Our systems are not designed to handle that much poison.

Corn, popcorn - NOT HEALTHY
Corn is animal feed and not for humans. We do not have the digestive enzymes to deal with corn. Have you ever had a popcorn hull stuck to your cheek and you try to free it with your tongue? Well, you don't have a tongue in your intestines and it's not sugar, it won't melt. It can cause pain, inflammation, and even infection.
In all fairness, Corn has it's place. Once you establish a healthy intestinal system, you can eat Corn occasionally as a roughage.
